Alice Glass, the vocalist of Crystal Castles, confirmed her departure from the band today on her Twitter feed, citing frustration with limitations on her artistic expression. There has thus far been no response from Ethan Kath, the other half of the band responsible for the bleep bloops. Alice indicated she will continue to make music in a solo capacity, and both will likely continue to host DJ sets.
